Elizabeth has held roles in sales, operations, consulting, and human resources with ever increasing responsibilities. A self-proclaimed advocate and champion for ongoing personal and professional development and learning, Elizabeth has worked with all levels of individuals helping them develop into their best selves. She has lived in seven American states, traveled to twenty-three countries, and worked in Europe, Asia, and Canada.
Most of Elizabeth’s career has been with Fortune 100 companies in telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, and fashion. She also has experience in a small consulting firm specializing in large-scale change. In her role there as Chief Operations Officer, Elizabeth helped grow the company and spent time in paper plants across the United States helping both union and management employees navigate significant organizational issues.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and has completed course work with the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching University. She lives in Colorado with her husband, Gary, where they enjoy many outdoor activities and spend time keeping up with their extended family and friends.
